I was doing soooo well eating healthy & eating less, I'd lost 10lbs even! And then winter came, and I stopped trying to eat fresh, stopped drinking the necessary water, stopped walking (well, not literally)... and suddenly I felt more tired and blah. Yet I didn't change anything! What is up w/ that?? <br /><br />So, good luck to you & your goals! I started replacing 1-2 sodas a day with water, eating a 100 calorie or less breakfast every day, and paying more attention to my body's movement lately. Next step is to actually EAT those veggies I bought before they go bad!
